At ILIA, we want you to love your clean beauty routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges on all products within 60 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate your return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your pre-paid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
